Refund Policy

We want Valrial to work for you. If it doesn't, here's our policy.

1. ELIGIBILITY

If you subscribed to Starter or Creator and used fewer than 5 image fixes, email us at hello@valrial.com within 7 days of purchase and we'll refund you fully. No questions asked.

2. WHEN REFUNDS ARE NOT AVAILABLE

Refunds are not available if your monthly fix credits have been substantially used, as the service has been delivered. We consider usage of 5 or more image fixes as substantial use of the service.

3. FLUX PRO REGENERATIONS

Flux Pro Ultra regenerations are non-refundable once processed, as they incur direct generation costs from third-party infrastructure. Each regeneration consumes compute resources at the time of processing.

4. AGENCY PLAN

Agency plan refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact us at hello@valrial.com and we'll work with you to find a fair resolution.

5. HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND

Email hello@valrial.com with your account email and the reason for your request. We'll respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
