Terms of Service

1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By accessing or using Valrial ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICE

Valrial provides AI image perception scoring using forensic analysis methods including shadow geometry, reflection accuracy, lighting consistency, and physical plausibility testing. The Service also generates rewrite prompts for multiple AI image models (Midjourney, Flux, DALL-E, Adobe Firefly) and offers Flux-powered image regeneration. All results are probabilistic assessments, not definitive conclusions.

3. ACCOUNT AND AUTHENTICATION

A signed-in account is required to use the Service. You may authenticate using Google OAuth or email. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity under it.

4. FREE AND PAID PLANS

The free tier provides 3 image scores with a Midjourney-only prompt. Paid plans (Starter, Creator, Agency) offer higher limits, all 4 model prompts, Flux image generation, and additional features. Plan limits are enforced on a per-account basis. Pricing, features, and limits are subject to change with reasonable notice.

5. ACCEPTABLE USE

You agree not to: circumvent rate limits or usage restrictions, reverse-engineer the forensic analysis engine or prompt generation system, use the Service to harass or defame others, upload illegal or harmful content, resell API access without an Agency plan, or automate access outside of the provided API.

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

You retain ownership of images you upload. Valrial does not store uploaded images beyond the duration of analysis. Generated prompts and analysis results are provided for your personal or commercial use within the scope of your plan. The forensic analysis engine, scoring methodology, and prompt generation system remain the intellectual property of Valrial.

7. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

The Service relies on third-party providers including Anthropic (Claude API for analysis and prompt generation) and Fal AI (Flux Pro for image generation). Your use of the Service is also subject to these providers' terms and policies. Valrial is not responsible for the availability or conduct of third-party services.

8. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Valrial does not guarantee the accuracy of perception scores, forensic analysis, or generated prompts. Results should not be used as the sole basis for legal, professional, or personal decisions.

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Valrial shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service, including but not limited to inaccurate analysis results, generated prompt outputs, or service interruptions.

10. TERMINATION

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting hello@valrial.com.

11. CHANGES TO TERMS

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Significant changes will be communicated to registered users.
